I feel bad to write this but I didn’t have a good experience.
This was supposed to be my first meal in Berlin. After spending the afternoon walking around Mitte in the cold, I was craving some warm Korean food and saw this 4.9/5 place on google map (later I found that the food they offer wasn’t the usual Korean food I was hoping for anyway). When I arrived, I asked if there was a table for one. They seated me at the little table in the corner and left me there for over 40mins.
The staff were attentive to other tables that were already eating, but never looked at my direction. People who came in 20mins after me had already ordered and were eating while I was still waiting. Even when the staff came to serve the table right next to mine multiple times, they turned their back towards me. I tried to get their attention when it seemed like they were done with other customers, but they went behind the till. I had to go to the counter myself to ask what was going on. The waitress told me she thought I was waiting for someone and offered to take my order, but by then I had completely lost my appetite and mood.
As I was leaving, the manager stopped me to apologize, which made me feel more awkward since it drew attention. She was kind to offer me a snack on the house, but at that point all I wanted was to leave.
I understand the whole thing was a misunderstanding. I’ve worked in hospitality myself, so I know how stressful and busy things can get. The manager made efforts to make up for the experience, which I appreciated, but I just couldn’t accept it. I’d been up since 5am that day for my flight to Berlin and ended up not eating anything until the...

Read morei would give this place 4.5 of 5. :) Still need to explore more dishes. !!!Matcha mochi won my heart!!! i could eat it 24/7. Super soft and delicious! Some drinks can be refilled once again! ⭐ as a main dish i was willing to take Dubu Jorim but they didn't have it that day. So got kimchi as appetizer and after we had "White bibimbap" and something from a special menu like "Tuna kimchi" (which looks like soup on my photos + rice as a side dish to it). My Tuna kimchi was a little straight, i felt just kimchi flavor.. no tuna.. no umami. Very sour :) I love kimchi but I was expecting some balanced bouquet of taste. Talking about tuna, i found only one very little piece(tea spoon size) of that in my bowl . Bibimbap was good. The way they cook rice is just perfect! I'll come again to try something else and update my review ;) Feels like it's very authentic place even though i never...
