Veg'd - Vegan Burgers - P-Berg — Restaurant in Berlin

What can I say? The food was ok. Not bad, but nothing special either, BUT you have to wait ages for your food. WE WAITED 35 minutes and it wasn't even full. Only half of the tables were occupied. There was only one person in the kitchen and one in service, who also helped in the kitchen. Which should have been enough, but they were really slow. And delivery drivers, who seem to be given preferential treatment, kept coming. But if the waiting time is already taking forever, you shouldn't accept online orders. The franchise owner is clearly only interested in maximising profits. It's also totally overpriced. For 2 burgers, 1 fries and 2 cokes, €40 is really a lot. A 0.33 Coke costs €3.90. I wouldn't go here again. A pity, actually

Update: The owner contacted me and tried to explain that he can't suspend orders via Wolt or Lieferando because customers who order from Wolt or Lieferando might be disappointed. In other words, the customers sitting in the restaurant don't matter. If they are disappointed, it's not so important because they bring in less money overall. Well, if that's the case, then so be it. He explained the prices by saying that everything has become more expensive. Just not at the same level. In general, he tried to invalidate everything I wrote. The restaurant and the organisation are not to blame, I'm just a customer who has no idea and no understanding. I’ve found my new favorite spot – and you’re going to love it too!

This place serves the best vegan burgers in town. I mean it. I’ve been a vegetarian for 30 years - meaning I’ve tried a lot! This neat little place in the middle of Berlin hidden in a street you wouldn’t think you could get something like those burgers blew my taste buds:) The Spicy Chicken Burger was just amazing (I only had a bite since my friend ordered that one), and the Smash with caramelized onions? Pure magic. Fries are really good and please try as many sauces as you can afford! The guys behind the counter? Super chill, friendly, and as awesome as the burgers. Trust me: once you try it, you won’t want to go anywhere else.

P.S. Bring extra napkins. It’s gonna get messy – but...
