Capvin Bielefeld — Restaurant in Bielefeld

I dont know where to start , staff was unfriendly, toilet was dirty, pizza is okay, and extra buffalo mozzarelle was not added to the pizza but it was charged.

They have the most absurdest sitting plan ever. Whoever comes to restaurant is directly greeted that if they sit outside they may need to share the table with someone else. I can understand that may be logical when the place is full.However, asking customers to sit with other people when there are many free places is just nonsense.I couldnt count how many people irritated about and left the restaurant. Because that restaurant wants only group of 4 people so that they can use all the tables effectively. When 2 people want to sit outside ,where they have mostly 4 people table, they see it as a profit loss and tell customers to sit somewhere. else. Its very ironic since they loose money while they want to...

PROs: The pizza in this place are as nice to eat as they are beautiful. I also like how they offer both ''classics'' and nicely researched variations. Waitress also nice and spoke english.

CONs: price is in line with the offer, so not cheap...I don't think is the place you'd go everyday ''for a slice of margherita when you are a bit hungry...''

Capvin Bielefeld hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen und verdient volle 5 Sterne. Von dem Moment an, als ich das Restaurant betrat, war ich von der gemütlichen und einladenden Atmosphäre begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll, was sofort für eine angenehme Wohlfühlstimmung sorgt.

Die Speisekarte bei Capvin ist beeindruckend vielfältig und bietet eine große Auswahl an authentischen neapolitanischen Pizzen. Jede Pizza, die ich probiert habe, war ein wahrer Genuss. Der Teig war perfekt knusprig und gleichzeitig luftig, genau wie es sein sollte. Die Zutaten waren frisch und von höchster Qualität, was den Geschmack der Pizzen unvergleichlich macht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Margherita – ein Klassiker, der hier zur Perfektion gebracht wird.

Der Kundenservice bei Capvin ist außergewöhnlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Gästen ein angenehmes Erlebnis zu bieten. Sie nehmen sich die Zeit, um auf individuelle Wünsche einzugehen und geben gerne Empfehlungen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Besuchs sehr gut betreut gefühlt.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Trotz der hohen Qualität der Pizzen sind die Preise fair und angemessen.
