Campus Suite - Frühstück, Kaffee, Lunch — Restaurant in Cologne

I wouldn’t recommend. Floor is very dirty and service is poor. 2 employees behind the bar are just looking around while there is stuff on the floor and just one customer (me). When my order is done somewhere from behind the counter there is someone yelling. No clue to who, but apparently my coffee was done. I figured this out when I asked for it and it was just waiting on the display getting cold. Personnel acting like it was MY fault that I didn’t understand some undisclosed noise. I go to the Campus Suite at Köln HBF almost every other day for their veggie pasta. There is something in the pasta that I absolutely love and can’t explain how good it tastes. It is my comfort food. The two foreign workers behind the bar were super kind and quick. The shift manager was shouting at one of them that she needs to tell people that soya drinks are not vegan. The customer was not troubled by the non -vegan drink. The shouting manager however was throughly unpleasant and ruined the atmosphere. Very embarrassing. A little bit of power is a dangerous thing.
