Ech Kölsch — Restaurant in Cologne

Total rip off. I ordered a dish because on the blackboard outside it was fairly cheap, but when i ordered it from the menu it was twice as expensive because it came with an extra "salad" (a tiny plate of 2 green salad leaves with a bit of carrot floaded in some white sauce that the menu did not mention). I realized that this salad was the only thing to justify a 10 euros difference about 1 minute after placing the order, but apparently this 1 minute made it too late to change it (even though i managed to finish a whole beer before the food was ready). I'd call it a tourist trap. The waitress was nice though, it's just really poor management...

Disappointing service!!!we asked to modify our plates from chicken gordon bleu w chips and salad to pork gordon bleu w just chips that we saw on the black board outside and not on the menu (10€ of difference between them) just one minute after the order and they told us that it wasn't possible to change them because THE SALAD was ready (two pieces of tomato and some green salad topped with a strange cream not mentioned on the menù). Whey I asked to take back the salad from our table the waitress told me "you can take it,the price doesn't change in any case"...wow! Howevere the food wasn't good,too salty and dry, I shouldn't have been...

whilst finishing up my steak, I saw a mouse! I was not asked how I liked my steak done and received it extremely rare , I spotted a mouse running around the main floor , upon discovery I alerted the women working, she dismissed this by stating ‘we have traps down and killed the mother ‘ I felt disgusted and had a full pint left and decided it was best to leave when the mouse continued to run around the bar , when we asked for the bill the woman became agitated and offered no condolences and charged full price for the meal and the full pint I had just ordered.
