Portofino Ristorante — Restaurant in Cologne

I liked the food here a lot but when I ordered a calzone they put in the ingredients they brought you meat, vegetables, etc. The problem was that to this day I don't know where the meat was in that calzone. It is true that it was very delicious but They were not what I had basically asked for. But in general the food was very tasty and well priced. I already think that the worst thing here has been the service, if it is true that at the beginning everything was very good, very pleasant and everything, but the service was as if they did not work there, it was as if they were simply having a meeting between themselves all the time talking and without attending to the clients in the moments when we needed things we had to do it because if not they didn't even realize that we wanted something or that we wanted to pay or anything, we even spent a lot of time trying to get them to look at us or that they found out that we wanted to pay because we had finished for a long time, so yes, very kind but a little more...

This restaurant put an Italian name to be perceived Italian restaurant but it is a fake Italian restaurant since all employees and manager is Turkish.

We ordered sea food pizza but there was almost no sea food on the pizza. When we wanted to change our order, the manager started yelling and swearing. We told him not to get angry but he got crazy.

He was very rude and scary eince tried to punch me. I was lucky because there was a police on the street and told the police that the guy pushed me and tried to punch me.

I ended up going to the police station instead of having a good dinner.

The owner is Turkish and they don’t care about the people. The food might not be good, it is not that important but the main issue is it...

Overall a let down based on the average rating for this place; our order of 2 pizzas was about 10-15 mins later than the table next to us, which was also 2 pizzas, and our orders were taken by the same waitress in the same moment. No reason to expect the order to be significantly slower or later. The staff was already turning away people at about 2000, while the place was open until 2100. Seems very odd to me, but to each their own way of managing a place. Pizza was eh at best; thin crust, but very sparse on the toppings and (not fully) cut...
