The place is well enough decorated, the staff friendly and the Argentine tenderloin my mom ordered was tender indeed and very enjoyable.
BUT...
Whatever you do, do yourself a favor and AVOID the promoted "dry aged" beef! We were told they put the Argentine tenderloin through a sophisticated aging process on site, and that this treatment would result in much deeper flavor. At 45 Euros for a 280g piece the cost was a bit steep, but I am always curious for innovation, so I went for it.

Dear "Steak Royal" "beef aging experts", do your clients and your reputation a favor and leave the Argentine beef alone! In horrific contrast to my mom's, my steak was hard, excessively fatty, and completely flat in flavor. I don't know how they managed to ruin what must have been a perfectly enjoyable tenderloin, but ruin it they did, and charged a steep premium for the murder, on top.
Our waiter was kind enough to attempt to compensate my disappointment with free expresso (give the man a raise!) but I was put off "Steak Royal"...

I found bits of rubber band in my son's garlic bread basket and was shrugged off when I mentioned this. My daughter's schnitzel was burnt on the underside, again staff dismissed me and said it is not but just brown. But for any services we waited very long time, from our entrance to the moment we got food, 60 minutes have passed. Later on, waiting for additional service or the bill took very long as well. The food was overall OK, but one steak (Argentinean, supposed to be medium) was totally undone. Rare to say the least.
