Butler - Bar, Café, Lounge — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

We had booked a lunch for 2 via the application "the fork" which recommended this restaurant 10/10. Once we arrived on site we were disappointed to learn that the reduction promised via the reservation of the fork was no longer offered by this establishment. We settled in anyway but no menu was available. To make our choice, the waitress offered to make us toast or baguettes according to our tastes but in reality almost no choice available (tomato, chicken, cheese, cucumber). We end up with a small baguette cut in two with 2 slices of cheese, tomato and chicken of very poor quality... For the price and quality we would have been better off making it ourselves! No card machine available to pay, only cash is accepted. Do not go there for...

I tired many bars in my life,came here for a late night drink,ordered a long Island iced tea and... It was literally the sweetest lemonade I have ever tasted and it had no taste of alcohol (which for a long Island, a 5 shot of different liquors drink, is impossible),never had something like that. Very upsetting and expensive as well for lemonade, wouldn't recomend to anyone who is expecting to order a cocktail with more than 5% volume. It was literally the worst (weakest, sweetest) long Island iced tea I ever had... By the the way, I went to Sakura bar which is near by and was day and night better, from atmosphere, service to the the actual drink. Sorry but y'all need to get yourself...

Only 1 star reached as the bar has a very bad environment. It is mainly visited by bad people, especially drug dealers after a certain time. Additionally, the bar is located in a very bad area of Düsseldorf, near the main station where all around live homeless people on the ground asking for money and where there is much dirt. The bar itself is quite good inside but really awful the outside part. The music is nothing really special. Cocktails quite okay, food acceptable but...
