KIT-Café - Düsseldorf — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I had an experience that wasn't entirely positive at Kit Café in Düsseldorf. Although the atmosphere is very pleasant and perfect for spending a relaxing time, the service was disappointing. I ordered an espresso to go, and while the coffee itself was good, the staff - particularly the two girls working behind the counter, one at the espresso machine and the other at the sink — were unengaged and lacked any warmth. There was no friendly greeting, even though I said "Hello" when I entered. They simply waited for me to place my order, and the atmosphere they created was cold and devoid of positive energy, especially since there wasn't a rush of customers. However, I do appreciate the beautiful environment and the excellent coffee they offer, and I hope the service improves in the future to match the quality...

We entered the place and to start it smells strange, but we still wanted to try it because it has a good view for the sunset which apparently is the only good thing because the empanada was burned, dry and without good taste, there was only one waitress who was attentive to the rest there is a monkey who has to ask for everything several times and even so she does not pay attention only bad face and to finish at the time of paying they were charging extra products that we had not ordered, without a doubt a place that I do...

Als ich heute Abend am Rhein war, hab ich auf einmal sehr schlimme Krämpfe im Bauch Bereich gehabt, so schlimm, dass es mir schwer fiel mich überhaupt vorwärts zu bewegen. Das Kit Café war direkt vor meiner Nase und obwohl es rappel voll war und ich mich hätte einfach auf die Toilette schleichen hätte können, fand ich es angebrachter kurz zu fragen ob ich auf die Toilette könnte. Der Mann an der Bar lehnte meine bitte nur mit nein ab...ich sagte ihm dass ich sehr starke Schmerzen hätte und ich bitte dringend auf die Toilette müsse. Er sagt nein. Ich könne ja 200 Meter weiter auf die nächste öffentliche Toilette gehen. Ich ihm noch einmal eindrücklich gesagt dass ich wirklich starke Schmerzen habe. Er meinte daraufhin dass könnte ich ja dann auch auf der öffentlichen Toilette regeln. Inzwischen war ich wirklich schon wütend. Ich sagte ihm dass ich es auf keinen Fall bis dahin schaffen könnte, ich bat ihm sogar an dafür zu bezahlen. Er meinte ich solle zwei Euro in die Trinkgeldkasse werfen aber wenn ich die Toilette vollkotzen würde, solle ich es gefälligst selber sauber machen. Ich hab nicht mit einem Wort erwähnt dass ich Übelkeit hätte. Besten Dank. Richtig empatisch das Personal. Was genau war das Problem mich einfach kurz die Toilette benutzen zu lassen? Ich war schick gekleidet, sah nicht schmuddelig aus und trug auch meine Maske. Ich weiss jetzt aber definitiv wohin ich niemals gehen werde wenn ich am Rhein bin. Wäre mir auf dem weg zur nächsten Toilette übrigens was passiert, gilt dass als unterlassen...
