The location is nice, but the shop here is an absolute scam. Prices clearly stated on the board, but not honored; the staff charges more anyway and is incapable of saying anything but "Computer says. Boss says." The guy "running security" on the filthy toilets is just as bad. When you approach him he will continually cut you off to repeat "one" and stick his finger up in the air while talking to his friend on the phone.

Do yourself a favor and buy all your drinks at a kiosk around the corner before coming here. There will still be people walking around trying to scam you into buying a vape, but if you tell them "I don't speak German", they'll become lost in thought wondering what exotic place this strange "English" language comes from and walk away back to the daycare center they...

One of my favorite spots in Düsseldorf — seriously a hidden gem right by the Rhein. The view is incredible, especially at sunset with the bridge in the background and boats passing by. Super relaxing vibe with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and music playing softly in the background.

The drinks are good and fairly priced, and the staff are friendly and speak both German and English fluently, which made everything really easy. They keep things moving smoothly even when it’s busy.

There are lots of seats available, but they fill up fast during nice weather or on weekends — so get there a bit earlier if you want the perfect spot by the water.

Great atmosphere, clean, chill, and just an awesome way to unwind in the city. 100%...

Visited at 14:00 on Sunday, you need to pay a deposit for glasses/cups, which is perfectly fine, if only the return process would be well organized. I had to stand in the same queue as people, who want to buy drinks, I asked if this is the correct way of a person working there, they said “yes, that is the concept”. There were also two other people working at the place at least and no, you have to stand with all people for at least 20 min if you just want to return your glasses. Completely spoiled my impression...
