At the reception you are met with angry faces, you buy a ticket, pay for a taxi, waste your time and dress according to the code, then they tell you that it is forbidden to enter with a small bag, although many people entered with it. The angry workers find any small reason to turn people away. It is supposed that even when a small bag is forbidden, there should be a locker to leave things in. This must be written in the terms and conditions.
