Bull & Bear Restaurant & Sportsbar — Restaurant in Frankfurt

I recently visited Bull & Bear and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The overall quality of the restaurant was just decent, and there were several aspects that fell short of my expectations.

Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. It took an unnecessarily long time for our orders to be served, which was quite frustrating. The staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, resulting in a lack of attentiveness towards the customers.

Moreover, the burger I ordered was below average, especially considering the reputation of the location. One of the most disappointing aspects was the inconsistency in portion sizes. Two burgers that were supposedly identical had noticeably different patty sizes, which was quite perplexing. The meat itself was of poor quality and tasted rather odd. The overall flavor profile of the burger left much to be desired.

Adding to the disappointment, the burger arrived with the bread and patties separated. While I understand the concept of build-your-own burger, it felt more like an attempt to cut corners rather than a deliberate choice. Having to assemble the burger myself was an unnecessary hassle and detracted from the dining experience.

All in all, my experience at Bull & Bear was underwhelming, and I have no intention of returning. The long wait times, inconsistent portion sizes, subpar meat quality, and peculiar taste left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this restaurant to others looking for a satisfying...

I visited this restaurante for the first time. It's always crowded, but it's because it's good. I was impressed how they are fast. It was almost full when I was there and my food was delivered quickly to my table. The price is ok. I had a very nice dinner with a panine and a apple wine for a little more than ten euros.

The location is perfect, right beside the Bull and Bear sculptures, and near the shopping area of Frankfurt. Amazing.

The staff is cool, but something strange and funny happened there. I left a tip with the waitress, and she said: "Ok, if you don't need it". I prefered to not think a lot about it and just left. :P

They don't have english menu and they are not very attentive to foreign people who don't speak German. Hello, owners! What does it take to make English menus? Come on! I visited bull and bear yesterday with my group of 13 girls and I ordered a dish of cous cous from the evening menu but it was so overcooked that it wasn’t edible. I gave the feedback to the server and she was not even kind enough to offer a replacement. I quickly got the feeling that they don’t seem to value their repeated customers. The quality is going down drastically and I wouldn’t return this place unless they actually correct their ways of dealing with customer service and improve their food quality. How can they expect the customer to pay for the dish, I couldn’t even eat. Totally unreasonable service and food. I also noticed that the server was not detail oriented and bought extra drinks and told us it’s our fault- can’t someone know that 13 people wouldn’t order 15 drinks ?
