Café Liebe — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Came here for morning coffee. Turned out they just opened but everything was very organized. The Cappuccino I had was delicious. Super friendly staff and service is quick. There are a couple of seats inside the cozy and well designed place for a little breakfast. The veggie sandwich I had was amazing, they also have a full menu of other snacks and bites like cakes, salads, Müslis etc....

Zur EM Finale wollten wir den Abend dort entspannt verbringen. Auf der kleinen Terrasse waren nur wenige Sitzplätze wovon eine kleine Bank etwas Platz übrig hatte. Dort haben wir es uns mit meinem Freund gemütlich gemacht. Noch bevor irgend eine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde hat der Leiter des Lokals unseren Freund vor den ganzen Leuten regelrecht blossgestellt und beleidigt was ihm einfallen würde auf der reservierten Bank Platz zu nehmen (es stand nirgendwo das der Platz besetzt war) er wurde so laut und auffallend das selbst die anderen Gäste in schockstarre dem Szenario zugeschaut haben. Er sagte zu meinem Freund das er es doch hätte wissen sollen weil er ja täglich dort hingeht. Gerade solche Stammgäste behandelt man eig mit besonderem Respekt. Long Story Short! Ein total asoziales Verhalten das sehr sehr fern von Liebe und Gelassenheit spiegelt. Ich als Begleitung wurde von dem Wirt ebenfalls beleidigt weil ich sein Verhalten nicht akzeptabel fand! Atmosphere and service are great but the coffee didn’t meet my expectations for a speciality coffee cafe. It was OK, not bad at all, for for 4,40€ for a flat white the taste was not mind blowing and there was for example no latter art. I feel that they could step up a bit their coffee easily. Opening...
