Espresso House — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Love the food and drinks so this review is not against Espresso House but against this location and its staff. Today was the 3rd time I had a bad experience with this location. I preordered on the app for a drink to go and wanted to use the restroom while I waited for my drink. No toilet paper in either stall. At least one of them is also missing a toilet seat. I inform staff and ask if they can refill it. Person 1 goes downstairs (where the loos are) and doesn't come back up. My drink is finished and I say that I'll briefly leave my drink here while I go to the restroom. Person 2 tells me that because my drink is to go I cannot use the bathroom but then shrugs her shoulders. I go downstairs. Toilet paper is not refilled. Person 1 sees me and thrusts a roll of toilet paper in my hand. OK so I had to put the roll on my backpack cause I couldn't put it in the holder (one of those that's locked with a key). Diese Kette von Kaffeehäusern hat sich wirklich einen Platz in meinem Herzen und meiner täglichen Routine verdient.

Erstens möchte ich die angenehme Atmosphäre hervorheben, die in jedem Espresso House herrscht. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stilvoll, mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und einer entspannten Musik im Hintergrund. Egal, ob ich alleine arbeite oder mich mit Freunden treffe, ich fühle mich immer wohl und willkommen.

Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt von Espresso House ist natürlich der Kaffee. Als Kaffeeliebhaber schätze ich die hohe Qualität der Espresso- und Kaffeeprodukte, die sie anbieten. Die Baristas sind wahre Künstler und stellen sicher, dass jeder Kaffee perfekt zubereitet wird. Egal, ob ich einen einfachen Espresso, einen Cappuccino oder einen aufwendigeren Latte Macchiato bestelle, der Geschmack ist immer ausgezeichnet.

Neben Kaffee bietet Espresso House auch eine breite Auswahl an Snacks und Gebäck an. Obwohl ich mich hauptsächlich für den Kaffee interessiere, finde ich es großartig, dass sie auch leckere Optionen für einen kleinen Hunger zwischendurch haben. Die Qualität der Speisen ist ebenso hoch wie die des Kaffees, und es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes.

Ein weiterer Aspekt, der Espresso House auszeichnet, ist der Kundenservice. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie nehmen sich Zeit, um Fragen zu beantworten und Empfehlungen zu geben, und sorgen dafür, dass jeder Gast zufrieden ist. Das schätze ich sehr.

Zusammenfassend kann ich Espresso House nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kombination aus toller Atmosphäre, exzellentem Kaffee, leckerem Essen und erstklassigem Kundenservice macht es zu meinem Lieblingsort für eine kurze Auszeit oder ein Treffen...

One of the best mochas I've had. The presentation and flavor were great! I am still talking about how much I enjoyed the atmosphere and service at Espresso House. My wife had the hot chocolate and said it was great too.

Being from America, I truly appreciate customer service where Germans take such pride in their work. The cafe was extremely clean and comfortable. No issues with language (in the heart of Frankfurt during the Christmas Market - every speaks english)
