Ristorante Italiano - Questione di Gusto — Restaurant in Frankfurt

We went a few times before, and everything was fine, however the last time something completely unacceptable happened. Only when getting the bill they said payment by card is not possible. It was done in a very unprofessional and rude manner, like a card payment was something out of this world. The waiter said they need to change positions on the bill so a card payment is possible - instead of getting a bill with what we ordered, the drinks were put altogether as “different drinks”. We were charged 33€ for an aperol spritz which was around 7€ in the menu, a small beer and a bottle of water. We were unfortunately SCAMMED because that would mean a bottle of water costs more than 20€! It’s a shame because I liked this...

Very rude staff! We just came in for a beer and some desert, as we already had some dinner elsewhere, but when the bill came, we couldn't pay with card, as the bill total was only 15 Euro and they didn't accept cards until 25 Euro. Not a big issue, but at least be friendly about it and apologise for the inconvenience and ask for understanding.... But nooo, mr assh*ole waiter had to make an argument, and even one of the customers started interfering. In the end pushing us out of the restaurtant. Unbelievable! Bravo! Bellissimo... Never going here again! Stay...

Was in Frankfurt for a business trip and went to this restaurant. Great restaurant, was there on 2 separate occasions on two consecutive evenings, because the 1st evening I was there, I had the most amazing experience with one of the waiters who gave great service and for this reason I just had to return. On the second evening, the waiter that helped me the previous evening was off, so I had a different waiter, who was not up to standard, thus only giving 3 stars for service.
