Hamburger am Turm Frankfurt am Main — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Mediocre food with POOR customer service skills. Not worth your money!!

I ordered their chicken burger and politely asked the old lady with the blonde hair (not sure if this is the owner) for a knife to cut my sandwich in half cause I had dental work done and it was hard for me to make big bites.. but she responded with “hand gestures with annoyance” as if it was a lot of work for her to cut the sandwich and all I really asked for is a knife so I can do it myself..

I am a first time visitor in Frankfurt and I wonder if this is how they treat foreigners here.. I will never recommend this place NOT WELCOMING at all. Very Rude!

Hi people, when you are around the Hauptwache and thinking about something to eat, then take a short walk to the Eschersheimer Turm, and then a little bit further, and then you'll come to a corner, opposite is a cinema complex, but to your right you'll find the Hamburger am Turm, a small restaurant with a lot happening, international cuisine, and fast preparation, from Donners to Hamburgers, and an extensive menu, inexpensive, and for the price great value, I have been a couple of times now, and I can't eat through all that I have ordered, big portions, outdoor seating and ♿ friendly, toilets 🚻? Ordered food from here and specifically left option for certain items unmarked and was delivered the wrong food. When I called to claim that it was wrong the man on the phone was EXTREMELY rude as I tried to speak and explain to him in german (not my mother tongue) the problem. He commented on my level of german (he was also a foreigner) and made fun of me for not speaking perfectly. Proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back his coworker was the same, very unprofessional, rude and unkind.

First and last time I order from this restaurant. Do not recommend!
