PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar — Restaurant in Frankfurt

We love Peter Pane and have eaten there a few times. This is the first time we have ordered online from them and I don't think we will do it again.

We ordered a Gänseblümchen salad with Olivenbrot, a Doppelter Peter with extra cheese and onion rings with chilli cheese sauce.

We received the salad with with a tomato/pepper bread and instead of a mango chutney, we got a random brown mustard type sauce.

For the burger, it comes with 2 slices of cheese and we ordered and paid for an extra one but it only came with 1 single slice of cheese and sauce.

I phoned to just mention this to them and they were so nice over the phone, they immediately offered a full refund for this order and asked me to leave a review for them. I was so grateful and of course happy to leave a review.

They called back ad told us Lieferando was closed so they could not cancel the order but were happy to offer us vouchers instead.

We received an email saying we got a single voucher for EUR10. Our order was EUR35.

My point is not about the money but the principle. The fact that a full refund was offered and asked that I write a review, only to receive a EUR10 voucher. We only feel that our money was a bit wasted as we did not get the full order we asked for.

A bit disappointing on management regarding this issue and we are not likely to order online from them...

I recently dined at Peter Pane, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. This establishment, seemingly reminiscent of Hans im Glück, delivered an exceptional dining experience.

The menu boasted a wide array of choices, especially for vegan and vegetarian options, which was truly impressive. The burgers were not only gorgeous in presentation but also delicious in taste, showcasing their commitment to quality ingredients and culinary finesse.

The reasonable pricing at Peter Pane was an added bonus, considering the quality and variety offered. Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall dining experience.

The ambiance at Peter Pane was remarkable. The restaurant exuded a great atmosphere, adding to the pleasure of the dining experience. It's evident that they've taken care to create an inviting space for their patrons.

In conclusion, my visit to Peter Pane was exceptional. With a fantastic variety of vegan and vegetarian options, gorgeous and delicious burgers, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a great ambiance, it's a definite 10/10. Peter Pane is undoubtedly a standout in the dining scene and a proud member...

Distinctly average, yet overpriced, burgers. There was literally nothing to justify the high price of the food here, it is ordinary and nothing more. Twice the price of Urban Ranch and not even half the flavor.

Maybe it’s just me but if I am going to drop 80 bucks on burgers for three people, I expect them to at least be as good as Burger King (and here they are not).

The restaurant was almost empty yet we still had to prompt for our missing drinks and side dishes.

Most amusingly of all, the place is crawling with mice. So much so that the waiter laughed it off and said it’s normal there.l (“alles OK, die sind ganz lieb” he told us!).

They come through the grills in the floor, we watched them. Maybe block the grills off before the Department of Health finds out? Just a thought…

Improve your burgers, lower your prices and deal with your three-year rodent problem. You are lucky the German authorities are utterly incompetent, you'd have been closed down years ago in...
