OMG ! The best Rolls & Buns I ever had.. Not too sweet, very fresh, very soft, too good.. Please start delivering (Wolt / Lieferando).
Unfortunately the service was not good for me. One of the lady stuff was not very welcoming; I probably spent 2-3 minutes looking at all the buns and rolls. All of those were so tempting that I couldn't decide which ones to take and which ones to skip. When the female employee realized that I was here for the first time and I was confused so I ordered 2 of them randomly, she made a strange facial expression, smiled at her colleague, and then staring at me with a funny expression. It was extremely awkward. However, there was only one German female customer behind me, she must have noticed the whole thing in those 3-4 minutes; after I paid, she looked at me with a smile and said that she also likes the walnut bun that I took; & said that she hopes I will like it too. I thanked her, exchanged gratitude and left the store. I have encountered racist people many times in many places, so these days they don't bother me much, but if that female staff reads my comment, I will request her to be a little more humane towards everyone. But yes if I get a chance I will definitely visit this store again...
Read moreThe bread very good, the service was probably the worst I had in any bakery. Not all personnel were bad. But one special lady, blonde hair. Was very rude. I spent almost 50€ in bread and snacks. I asked to do my cafe with oat milk. When I drank it, clearly did not taste like it. I went and told her and she reply to me very rudely that it was oat milk. I had to spend an extra 4€ to order one more and checked that it was made correctly. I stood up with both of them and told her to compare them and drink them. She obviously ran away and hid in the bathroom. A colleague of her, offer me very politely an extra Café, because they couldn’t give me my money back. Horrible experience, and of course with 5+ people waiting in line and me with a baby in hands and 2 kids in the table....
Read moreLet's set the scene: it's my wife's birthday, and I'm on a heroic quest for her favorite cake. I arrive at precisely 7:05 PM, five minutes after the grand closing (because its Germany and its Sunday, so I should be greatful that they are open till 7 in a big city). Three employees are inside, basking in the peaceful glow of an empty bakery. I gently knock. I wave. I might have even done a little dance. Their response? A masterclass in passive-aggressive avoidance. They stared right past me, their expressions conveying a deep, philosophical aversion to selling things past 7:00 PM. It was a truly profound moment—a five-minute delay on their part, and a lifetime of 'never shopping here again' on mine. The German Punctuality and cold heartedness...
