Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Frankfurt

I recently visited the KFC at Hauptwache, Germany, and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city, making it an easy stop for a quick and satisfying meal.From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and efficient. Despite it always being a rush with more people coming in every day, the service remained prompt and professional. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, even during peak hours.The food was exactly what you expect from KFC—crispy, flavorful, and freshly prepared. The chicken was perfectly cooked, with a delicious blend of spices that KFC is famous for. The sides, particularly the coleslaw and fries, complemented the meal wonderfully.One standout feature was the spacious seating area, which made for a comfortable dining experience. Whether you're dining alone or with friends, there's plenty of room to relax and enjoy your meal.Overall, the KFC at Hauptwache is a great spot for a quick, tasty, and reliable meal. Despite the constant rush, the quality of service and food never falters. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit...

Was hard to find this place. Had to ask police officers who luckily understood English, as I’m here on a vacation from Italy.

Food: chicken bucket is pure oil. No complains, just a recommendation to be mindful with eating these amounts of greasy food! I think bacon was too salty in my burger. 3/5 for the burger. The prices are generally ok. Bucket and fries are 25€. Fries were salted for 1/5 intensity. Ps. You can always ask for salt.

Atmosphere: place shares the room with Pizza Hut. You can come here with friends who love pizza 🍕. There were gypsies walking around and a drunk person, who eventually went to a woman’s bathroom. Not a pleasant experience to witness.

Service: ready chicken wings, legs are waiting for customer’s orders in a warm fridge, and they look like they are from regular kebab place. Waiting time for my order: 3 min. No line.

The worst KFC ever! I asked for my food fresh because I saw it sitting there for the longest time! I asked for the fries fresh, and they said it is fresh, and then when we got the fries, it was cold and probably 30 minutes old. The staff were super rude and Indian and super unhygienic as well. There were no wet wipes. They also forgot to give us one of the fries too. This kfc needs to change its employee asap and fire the life out of them. No one deserves to eat food like this prepared by such people. I am so disgusted by all of the workers there. How can kfc let people like this represent them. They should really get some training on customer service and how to prepare and serve food. They should also try the fast food in Australia, the standards are nothing to compare to...
