Recently, my family and I had the joy of dining at Kiwi's - Café, Bar & Restaurant in Frankfurt and I can't help but share how wonderfully delighted we were with our experience. The entire visit was marked by delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, and top-notch service. We had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Finger Tikka, the Crunchy Chicken Burger, and the Why Why Chicken. Each dish was an adventure in itself. The Chicken Finger Tikka, with its juicy chicken breast strips wrapped in a crispy Indian naan bread tikkapanade, paired beautifully with the refreshing yoghurt mint dip. It was a delightful fusion that danced on our tastebuds. The Crunchy Chicken Burger was an absolute hit. The chicken breast was breaded with crunchy cornflakes, which provided a unique, delightful texture. The accompaniment of fresh coleslaw, tomatoes, cucumber, and wedges perfectly balanced the dish. The Why Why Chicken, grilled chicken breast with sambal oelek, served with rice and a mixed salad, was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The heat of sambal oelek was a welcome contrast to the milder dishes, providing a comprehensive culinary experience. The warm and friendly ambiance at Kiwi's contributed greatly to our positive experience. The staff were attentive and cordial, making us feel like special guests in a home away from home. All in all, Kiwi's - Café, Bar & Restaurant Frankfurt is a remarkable dining destination. From the innovative menu and delicious food to the relaxing atmosphere and exceptional service, it exceeded our expectations on all fronts. I went to the place with high hopes after looking at the reviews but I was utterly disappointed. There was no place to sit, so I decided to take away. I ordered "Aaloo tikki burger" which is a potato patty burger and it comes with potato wedges. First surprise was that it was for 15 Euros. Ok fine. The packaging was nice but I was upset about not getting the ketchup even after asking for it. The guy simply told me sorry there is no way to give you ketchup or mayo with fries. The burger was so bad that I had to throw it away literally. There was no sign of any sort of cheese and it was loaded with BBQ sauce. It made the whole thing salty. I cannot tell you how frustrated I was with this experience. I was there on a Wednesday evening. The ambience seemed nice but the music was very loud. I would not have stayed even if I had received the seats because of the loud music.

In Frankfurt on a business trip, and as every non-German I am a part of the "stereotyping Germans" movement which claims that Germans have "no sense for humor/small talk" and "cannot make food except Schnitzel and Schweinshaxe". Well, this place proved me wrong on the food part. Not only that it proved me wrong, it knocked me to the ground. It was the only 4.8 restaurant that appeared in my search so I want there (was 1 minute away), and I was provided a seat, without reservation. I instinctly went for a beer and a California smashed burger (recommended)... Oh my... I have eaten many burgers in my life, but this one is in the top of my list. If you are in Frankfurt and don't visit this place you are making a serious mistake! Listen to me very carefully, I will say this only once ☝🏼 Cheers

This place has the aesthetic, but not the right staff. We had (confirmed) reservations that was appointed the day before. When we arrived, it took 10 minutes just to be noticed and spoken to. Then, when we gave our reservation name, they had a hard time finding a place for us to sit and they were not even that busy.
