MONZA Caffè & Bar - Fressgass — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Real little charming Italian cafe just downtown Frankfurt! The coffee is really nice and tasty. I’m here often just to grab a coffee to go on my busy days or sometimes I’m here just to sit down and enjoy watching people walking pass by while having the best cappuccino in Frankfurt and so far I’m satisfied with every single visit. For me the coffee is great there and the milk foam is just perfect served in the right temperature.

At Monza they also offer small tasty pastries and sandwiches. Friendly staffs and very welcoming.

Highly recommended.

I would give it 5 Star because of coffee and pastry quality but hard to find place to sit. Last time some guy put his helmet on the chair and blocked table which staff would look out for that. Also German Culture allows you to smoke right next to you;-( can be a nightmare if someone sits next to you but those are outdated citi...

Leider wiederholt schlechtes Gasterlebnis. War früher immer echt schön hier, leider gehört das seit einiger Zeit der Vergangenheit an. Beim Letzten Besuch bereits auf die Frage ob ich einen Schluck Wasser zum Kaffee bekommen könnte mit dem Spruch abserviert wurden "das gibt's nur zum espresso", also habe ich mir Wasser selbst am Trinkbrunnen nebenan geholt. Danke für den Service. Heute wieder: "Kaffee? Gibt's um die Zeit nicht mehr" und gezeigt, dass ich dann nun auch gehen könnte, wenn ich kein alkoholisches Getränk möchte... stimmt, ist ja auch nur eine Kaffeebar, da sollte man nun wirklich keinen Kaffee erwarten können. Ich hatte es nocheinmal versucht, das war dann nun definitiv das letzte mal. Leider sind allen Cafés in der Gegend scheinbar der Erfolg zu Kopf gestiegen und Freundlichkeit ist in der Gegend hier bei Cafés generell nicht mehr anzutreffen. Schade. Hat sich damit erledigt.
