Let me just say if you are are a weary traveler looking for great Italian food at reasonable prices with exemplary service to boot and you do not go to Ristorante Sardegna in Frankfurt you are missing a fantastic experience. The waiter that served us Milan,was so extremely caring and attentive, at one point when he noticed that my old eyes had a hard time reading the menu in the atmosphere type dinner lighting, up went the lights at our table only. Then after we ordered and he took the menus the lights went back to the ambience that they were before. This is without me even having to ASK! In my opinion not many restaurants would care about their guests to this degree. My wife was not feeling well since she has been suffering with stomach problems on our trip so she stayed in our room. Odd as it may be but mashed potatoes usually helps her over her nausea. On the outside chance I asked Milan if the chef could prepare this dish for her. He said he will see what he could do. Again Ristorante Sardegna and Milan came through again in flying colors. It couldn't be better, really. Now for the food. My daughter ordered a pizza and I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese. They were served very promptly and were excellent. Good flavors and aromas abounded from our dishes. I've never had better. Even in Italy. I wish I could take this place...
