PINO'S BAR — Restaurant in Heidelberg

I was regular customer at this place .. last two time the bartender told me we will close 1 houre earlier because we have only you in the bar.. i was surprised at the beginning.. just before I requested my check two more customers came to the place.. i told him now how much time we have ? He said one more hour.. i said ok can i get a cigar ? He refused because the one hour left not enough to finish a cigar !!!!! This guy can work anything but any job related to hospitality .. the night before i was tipping him 15% but still the guy treat customers like garbage.. i will...

This was the third stop of the night before going partying. We were in the bar section and it has a very cool vibe...large, nice painting of old men playing catds and smoking cigars. There’s also a DJ playing cool beats. The women’s toilet is huge and fancy but not very practical since there’s only one big stall which means longer waiting times. I ordered a mojito and it took forever to arrive. I went there because somebody told me their wine offer was good. Well it wasn't. I spent 30 euros for 3 glasses of wine. None of them was particularly good. Not bad either. I found it just too expensive for the quality of wine, for a bar in Heidelberg. Similar wines can be found just crossing the street for half the price. Maybe the wines in bottle are better, will check next time.

The waiters were really polite which is always appreciated and the terrace is nice...
