Asia Heimservice — Restaurant in Munich

I showed up at this restaurant near closing time at 945pm and as I could not speak German or Vietnamese, I had a hard time communicating but used google translate on their menu. Got a fried noodle with veggie, egg and duck. I have to say, the quality was much better than I expected. The duck was super crispy and tasty, i would have given them atleast 4.5 stars if it were and option but save 5 stars for truly exceptional. I can understand some of the 1 star reviews of the elderly man there was the one picking up the phone as he couldn’t really communicate to me at all and had to call someone from the kitchen. Wir bestellen dort ganz sicher nie wieder. Wir hatten dort einmal bestellt und unser Essen bekommen. Das war auch gut und so bestellten wir gestern nochmal dort wieder zu unserer Adresse nach Hause, wie beim letzten Mal. Die App sagte, dass das essen in 29 geliefert wird. Nach 50 Minuten wurden wir von einem sehr unfreundlichen Mann angerufen, das laut App das Essen nicht zu uns, sondern an die Adresse des Lieferservice gegangen sei. Als wir dann unsere Wohnadresse nochmal nannten wurde steif und fest behauptet, dass es unsere Adresse nicht gibt und er das essen daher nicht an uns liefern wird. Wir hatten übrigens über PayPal bezahlt und wissen nun nicht, ob wir unser Geld (immerhin 19 €) erstattet bekommen oder nicht.

Ich versuchte dann nochmal direkt mit dem asia heimservice zu telefonieren. Es handelte sich anscheinend um den gleichen Mann, denn er legte einfach auf, als ich mein Anliegen schildern wollte. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und wir haben schon oft Essen...
