We went to Buffet Kull Bar for a late dinner on a Friday evening, and as expected, the place was packed. We had a reservation for 21:15 and arrived on time, but unfortunately, we weren’t seated until 21:45. While that might frustrate some, it wasn’t an issue for us as we bridged the time with drinks at the bar and enjoyed catching up. The staff was very apologetic throughout, which was appreciated. However, I could see how others with tighter schedules might find this delay frustrating if they have a specific reservation time. Once seated, the experience took a great turn. We ordered quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive wine menu for such a small place—definitely a major plus. We both went for the steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection, and the sides were equally delicious. We finished the meal with desserts that were equally tasty. Now, here’s where Buffet Kull Bar really shone and earned its five stars: despite the wait at the beginning, our waiter graciously waived the desserts as an apology for the delay. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated excellent customer service and truly made up for the initial wait. Overall, it was a great dining experience with fantastic food, attentive service, and solid value for money. Highly professional and recommended for a cozy, enjoyable evening out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kull Bar in Munich is a 5-star gem! Located in the heart of the city, it's near the bustling Viktualienmarkt and the chic Hotel Cortiina, making it easily accessible. This spot blends French bistro charm with New York flair. The Mediterranean cuisine is fresh and high-quality, served in a cozy, romantic atmosphere with arched windows and elegant mirrors. Perfect for a date night or meeting friends, the attentive service and trendy ambiance make dining here an extraordinary experience. A must-visit for food lovers in Munich!

One of the best restaurants in Munich! 🌟 On our visit to Buffet Kull Bar, we were warmly welcomed by attentive staff. The French-Mediterranean menu impressed, especially the tender beef tartare, the juicy NY-Style steak, and the aromatic lamb pennants. The Fondant au Chocolate perfectly rounded off the culinary experience. The drink selection with creative cocktails also impressed. We are looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this restaurant!

My SO and I had a great experience at Kull. We got seated at a generous table right away without any reservation, which is not always guaranteed in Munich on a Friday eve. The place was bustling along Marienstrasse, but inside it was far from full and easy to get close and cozy. Fun and personal staff provided us attentive service, albeit they were a tad too pushy about wine, water, sides and/or dessert. Two glasses of their sparkling wine "sekt" were the perfect palate openers, so we asked for a bottle but seem to have ended up with a different pairing which fortunately was very good as well. Our appetizer, a boiled artichoke of beautiful size, thorns properly cut and sided with two different dip sauces, were very good. When we ran out of our favorite condiment our waiter fetched more without us even having had time to ask for it. For main we shared the seafood platter, which consisted of a grilled lobster, squid & octopus; fried scallops and tuna; salmon ceviche, wakame seaweed, and spinach-tomato salads, plus condiments. These were excellently prepared by Munich standards, where seafood is often expensive and really fresh stuff can be hard to come by, probably due to the distance to the ocean. The sauces, especially the rouille, was perhaps a bit weak in its flavor, but still got the job done. We became very full, but not in an overly gluttonous way, paid a hefty yet reasonable bill and went home feeling perfectly happy and content for another twenty or so hours before our next friendly...

Speisen: Vorspeise: Rindfleischtartar, Hauptgericht: gegrillte Seezunge.
