Terrible place with terrible service and standards.
I've always been happy with Dean&David network in general, but today was my first (and last) time at this location. I've ordered a beef salad and was served a salad bowl with undercooked beef and moldy cheese (the grey spoiled kind of moldy). When I complained after I started eating it and noticed the mold, the worker picked the beef from my bowl with his hand (albeit in a glove) and just put it back on the grill. The rotten cheese didn't seem to bother him. He was just going to grill the beef a little more and then serve me back that very same plate of salad. I tried explaining that this was wrong, dangerous and unhygienic, but to no avail. I was then offered a replacement salad, but I had to decline since it's been taking way too long already and I was pressed for time. I tried asking for my money back instead, but was informed that this was impossible. I asked for a manager or a way to complain, but the guy was just gesturing in the air and yelling. So I left. Neither with the salad, nor with the money I paid for it.
All in all, I was definitely disappointed and shocked. Especially by the employee escalating the conflict and just plain incompetence. I've never expected nor experienced such neglect from the Dean&David network...

When I arrived the order hadn't started to be prepared , the employee (dont know his name, African origin) : First tried to lie by saying he couldn't make the order and I had to ordered at the counter then was reluctant to say what replacement there was for a missing ingredient,had to ask 3 times Proceeded to drop some salmon off the bowl and didn't put some back didn't prepare the drink, had to remind him and was again reluctant to clearly say what replacement there was as my drink was apparently out of stock Didn't care to put the order in a bag. Overall felt like customers were a disturbance and his job...
Read moreWir wollten mein BMY-München-Coupon einlösen. Wir wurden davor netterweise am d&d-Marienplatz darauf hingewiesen, in ein d&d-Restaurant zu gehen (am Hauptbahnhof), statt Fast-Food-d&d. Leider konnte uns kein Mitarbeiter damit helfen und war erschreckender Weise nicht einmal daran interessiert. Obwohl nicht viel los war wurden wie nach mehreren Anfragen schnell abgespeist. Auch auf Anfrage, den Vorgesetzten zu sprechen, wollte uns der Mitarbeiter nicht entgegenkommen. Wir standen sehr lange am Restaurant, um selbstständig eine Lösung zu finden.
Der Mitarbeiter sagte uns nur, dass wir den Coupon online einlösen sollen, weil es vor Ort nicht geht. Ich wies ihn darauf hin, dass auf dem Coupon steht "nur im Restaurant einlösbar". Dies wurde aber ignoriert. Daraufhin haben wir den Coupon eingelöst (wofür man eigentlich den Rabatt hätte erhalten müssen). Vor den Augen des Mitarbeiters habe ich mich extra online bei Dean&David registriert und versucht, alle möglichen Codes einzugeben. Leider ohne Erfolg. Danach wurde uns gesagt, man würde den Vorgesetzten schreiben und wir sollen an einem anderen Tag zum Hauptbahnhof fahren.
Schnell ist der Mitarbeiter wieder seiner Wege gegangen und wir standen ratlos (und hungrig) mit verlorenem Coupon da. Schade, dass wir so...
