I would not recommend this restaurant. While the food is good, the experience was horrible and should be completely unacceptable for what should be a high end restaurant!
First of all, we had a reservation for 5 at 20:45. We arrived early at 20:30 just in case and let them know we were here. As expected, they told us we would have to wait for our table, so we waited. When the time of our reservation came up, there still wasn't any tables available. We ended up having to wait for 45 minutes, being seated only after 21:15 after seeing 6 other people getting started that arrived AFTER the time of our reservation! Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. The restaurant needs to have better management. Adding to that, the servers did not apologize to us at all. They acted as if this was perfectly normal and never mentioned it again.
Second of all, the service was terrible. The server sat us down at our table without any menus and proceeded to leave immediately. Especially considering that the kitchen closes at 22:00, that was a ridiculous thing to do. The servers then completely ignored us and almost intentionally looked away as we tried to get their attention. When we finally got the attention of a server girl, we were informed that they were short on menus? But that they could bring us one, which took quite a long time. We ended up looking up a menu online and simply chose from there.
When a server finally came back we ordered drinks, but they couldn't even get that right. They brought my friends the wrong martinis twice in a row! Not only that, but we could hear the servers swearing multiple times, even once when trying to get our order due to some WiFi problems with their devices. In addition to that, one of the servers seemed to be drinking alcohol with one of the neighbouring tables, often being relatively loud.
When it came to ordering our food, it was already past 21:30 and we decided to order our dessert at the same time since the kitchen would be closing soon. Any decent server would understand that the desert should come AFTER dinner, but instead they brought us the desert before the pizzas acting completely clueless. We had to send it back. Luckily, they did bring it again after dinner, although we had to remind them of it after waiting for half an hour after finishing our meals...
Lastly, there was no more soap in the women's bathroom, which is just not something you'd expect of a classy restaurant. All in all, this experience was terrible and while the food was good, I don't think I would ever go back. If you want to try their food, maybe just check if they...
Read moreWe recently visited this restaurant for a special occasion, expecting a high-end experience based on its reputation. Unfortunately, the service we received was some of the worst we’ve encountered in Munich — if not the worst.
From the very beginning, the host at the entrance greeted us with no enthusiasm whatsoever. He looked visibly disinterested and was anything but welcoming. Things only got worse from there. It took our server over an hour to take our order. We initially assumed the kitchen might be overwhelmed, but once we finally ordered, our food was served within 10–15 minutes — a clear indication that the delay was solely due to the server neglecting us for a full hour.
After finishing our meal, we waited 30–40 minutes for the bill. Eventually, we had to approach another staff member ourselves, only to be told to “wait for our waiter.” After another 10 minutes, we were finally able to pay — with zero apology or acknowledgment of the long wait or the overall poor experience.
Another major disappointment was the lobster pasta, which is apparently one of their signature dishes. What we received was essentially pasta with no lobster meat — just an empty shell for decoration. I have uploaded a video with my review, where it’s clear there is no meat in the dish. When we brought this to the server’s attention, he claimed that “this is how it’s supposed to be” and said he would check with the kitchen. Nothing came of it — no replacement dish, no real explanation. We were simply offered a complimentary tiramisu as a form of compensation.
The only positive aspect of our visit was the bar menu. All the cocktails, especially the signature ones like the Beeline, were excellent. The non-alcoholic lemonades were also very enjoyable.
Unfortunately, despite the good drinks, the poor service and lack of accountability ruined what was meant to be a celebratory evening. For a restaurant of this level, the experience was far below expectations. I cannot recommend it and sincerely hope management takes this...

We arrived yesterday around 3 PM without a reservation. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only two tables occupied. Still, the host gave us a table hidden in a far corner, saying, “We have a lot of reservations.” It felt unnecessary, considering how empty the place was.
Because our table was so hidden, we had trouble even getting a waiter’s attention to place our order. When we finally spoke to one, we asked politely if we could move to a more visible table. He kindly said, “Yes, pick any table you’d like.” But as soon as we stood up to switch, the host rushed over and scolded us, asking “What are you doing? Who told you you can switch?” — in a very rude and unprofessional manner. We explained that the waiter gave us permission, yet she continued to speak to us disrespectfully, huffing and puffing like we were a burden.
In a place that claims to be a fine dining restaurant, this is unacceptable. As paying customers, we expected basic courtesy and professionalism. I’ve dined at many fine dining establishments and have never been treated like this.
To make things worse, the waiter who later took our order was inattentive and dismissive. One of our dishes had nuts, which wasn’t obvious to us. When we asked him about it, his response was simply, “It’s written on the menu,” in a very condescending tone.
