Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Munich

Me and my wife visiting Munich for a day decided to visit the KFC because there isn't any KFC Restaurant close where we live in. Starting with: Ordering - very kind and pleasant workers on the cash desk!!! 5/5 Recieving the order - we struggled to understand how the coin machine is working but with some help we paid and took our bill to where we should recieve our meal which was already there served on a board 5/5 Food - the food itself was tasty but unfortunately not as hot as it should be. In my opinion the speed in which you recieve your order is too high in order to bring a quality heated product to the table, the chicken stripes were somewhat warm and the burgers maybe preheated once before an hour or two and reheated again to be served to us. 2/5 Atmosphere - Crowdy fast food restaurant atmosphere, unfortunately in a period of 30 minutes 2 people entered the Restaurant to beg for money and i think the staff was too slow to react since the first guy went trough the entire Restaurant annoying the people in it. 26.11.2024(Please don't make the mistake of ordering any kfc here) Today we ordered takeout from this KFC branch, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The ordering process was chaotic as the screen was not working, and staff were shouting out orders. After a long wait, we were eventually told that the open food sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes was actually our order.

When we pointed out that this was incorrect—our order was supposed to be takeout and was missing two burgers—we were met with an apology. However, instead of preparing fresh food, they began packaging the cold meal that had been left out, adding the two missing burgers taken from a pile of pre-made ones. The result was an unappetizing meal: cold, tasteless, and lacking any crispiness. It felt like we had been served leftover chicken.

The overall presentation of the food, the staff's attitude, and their handling of our meal with dirty hands were utterly unacceptable. My boyfriend was so disgusted that he refused to eat any of it, and we ultimately decided to throw it all away.

Additionally, the staff did not appear clean or presentable, which added to our unease. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this...

I was at the place yesterday with my friend l have been eating in the place for the last 3 years but yesterday l had the worst day ever😔. We ordered different types of menu's so the lady called (veronica l think) put the two menu on the same tablet l asked for another tablet .she said she doesn't have another she started shouting at me and pushing the food😟 .l told her please l need it before l have kids who need to be served on it she walked away from the counter leaving me standing and the manager came by names (Mariz Bring l think ) he luck costumer care he was just shouting he took the food and threw it in the bin 😭 and he said he's returning my money.
