Experience that killed the entire morning mood. :( Pastries seem very old, hard like shell and hard to understand if they are tasty at all (talking about marmor cake and banana bread). Matcha latte was the worse in my life.. super bitter, and extremely sweet. I do prefer when places use no sweeteners for matcha, just pure. When they choose good quality matcha there is usually no need to use sweetener because good matcha already has a slight smooth sweet note. After tasting I got to ask to change a drink for an americano. which wasn't great too.. total disappointment (i didn't finish anything of what I've ordered.)

Stuff seem tired and not interested of what they do. where...

The place is ok, nothing outstanding but comfortable, bathroom shouldn’t be charged to customers, they lady preparing my coffee was rude and literally throw the spoon to the plate but the worst was the guy in the counter, I asked about a product not displayed if he still have anyone left (maybe in the back) and this dude make fun of it, making seem my question as if where stupid, but for me it’s not obvious and for him, did no favor to me, I payed for a product which includes one of the worst services I’ve experienced in the area, this is the first and the last time I buy...

Overpriced for the quality. Out of plant/alternative milk and chai among other menu items. Got told after each ordering coffees that we had to each order something every 30 minutes if we wanted to stay (even though we ordered something additional to split, they said we had to make two separate orders), or else we had to leave. Overall very weird workers and a bad experience. Also the music was too loud and it was just the radio so there were always advertisements blaring over the speakers, which was really annoying and impossible to talk over. 0/10 would...
