Never again. Our food was 45 minutes late, it arrived 2h after we ordered, our 2 year old was desperate. Supposedly because my husband didn't share right away that it was supposed to be delivered (not true). Our food arrived ice cold, some items were missing (costs were refunded after complaint for these 2 items). Every time we asked for an update on delivery we were told the driver was 5 mins away (not true either). We were told food is supposed to arrive cold when it's delivered (also not true, we received hot food from multiple other places). The food that we got still wasn't on point (avocado missing in some rolls), crispy rolls were soggy, which happens during a 45 mins drive that's supposed to take 7 minutes. 2 stars because a third of our 100€ food order was ok and the lady on the phone was nice while...

Really bad quality! The plates were presented nicely but the quality of every single dish wasn’t up to standard. Soft shell craps tasted very old and the whole restaurant smelled like fried food. Yellowtail sashimi was super fatty and bad quality, truffle paste on radish, what a combination! Beef skewers made of way to big meat chunks that you couldn’t even chew them because the meat was so tough. Spicy tuna roll was ok but and other sushi was ok. The service lady was touching the plates behind the counter giving their final touches before bringing them out without ever washing her hands. Not hand towels in either bathrooms, no soap in male bathroom and old sponges laying around. The service lady was carrying water bottles under her armpit instead of using a tray. The food was quite good. Very fresh fish. But service was terrible and it took forever to get served. We finished our starters by the time we got our first drinks (wine and beer so no fancy cocktails). We were first seated in the back where it was freezing because of the aircon. Luckily we could change the table at some point. At the end we were charged with 4 glasses of wine instead of 2 - they served us twice 0.2 per glass instead of 0.1 - we never said we wanted to have the double amount. Plus the second glass the waitress offered to pour more because of the long wait… we ended up paying €36 for 2 glasses of wine… ridiculous. really bad service.
