I am downgrading this Restaurant based on my recent experience. This was my second visit and i was here today 8th December 2023 with my Vietnamese friends for dinner. The staff was extremely rude and made all sorts of Nonsense arguments with me and my friends about ordering and changing orders while ordering was not even complete. As we were discussing with the waitress our options she said are you going to talk or order. This female waitress was extremely rude and also had racist tone to towards us. The people who arrived after us were given takes but we were made to sit on high stools and high tables with no back support and were not even paid proper or any attention. We ordered fried which was served without sauce/Ketchup. When we asked for it they brought it almost after we were done eating. I wouldn't recommend any asian people to eat here. As the staff treat us with extremely hostility. I'm extremely dissatisfied by the quality of food and staff behavior and therefore if i could give it a 0 Star I would. I suggest people have a burger at Hass im Glück Restaurant or Burger heart restaurant which is located on the same street.

The food is good and fresh. I can’t complain about the hamburger, drinks and beer they were really good. The lunch was ready very quickly and I do not need to wait a lot for it. The attendant who attended us unfortunately was not having a good day on 04.10 at 20:30. Besides her choosing our sauces(only catchup) not bringing salt, not bringing our sandwiches that were already ready, she seemed to be in a bad mood. Today is a good day and nothing affects me, but because of that was not a 5 star. The environment is clean and comfortable, despite us having to sit in front of the kitchen(the same girl make us to change place), something I hate because of the smell.

Ich war letztens mit meiner Freundin bei Ruff's Burger und hier ist meine Zusammenfassung für das 3-Sterne Rating: Wir sind an einem Samstag Abend da, dementsprechend war es volles Haus. Wir haben einen Tisch bekommen, der noch nicht vollständig abgeräumt war, und 9 Minuten später kam unsere Bedienung um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Leider hat sie unseren Tisch nicht sofort frei geräumt und ist im Leerlauf weiter. Kurz darauf kam jemand anderes (vielleicht die Springerin) und hat dann alles frei geräumt, jedoch vergaß sie einmal drüber zu wischen. 3 Minuten später kamen unsere getränke: ein helles und eine Zitronenlimonade. Das helles war absolut in Ordnung! Die Zitronenlimonade war leider nicht so wie erwartet. Etwas fade im Geschmack gewesen und noch nicht Mal eine Zitronenscheibe (oder gar eine halbe) war mit inbegriffen. 27 Minuten nach den getränken kam endlich das Essen. 1x Smash Burger, 1x hot and spicy chicken burger und dazu garlic fries. Der Smash Burger war sehr simpel gehalten, aber war fast alles wie auf der Speisekarte beschrieben, lediglich die Zwiebeln fielen zu mager aus (das waren gefühlt nur 5 Mini würfel Zwiebeln gewesen) - etwas enttäuschend. Der chicken Burger war auch alles in allem fast gut, hier war das Fleisch etwas zu dünn und zu trocken gewesen. Zumal wurde sie zu lange frittiert, so dass es an manchen Stellen schwärzer als gewünscht ausfiel. Spicy war der aber, geht noch schärfer aber das ist subjektiv, und die anderen Zutaten haben auch gestimmt 👍 Die garlic fries waren sehr ölig, etwas lieblos zubereitet und nicht das, was ich erwartet hatte. Die Servicekraft/-kräfte haben ihre Arbeit gemacht, nicht viel mehr, aber auch keinesfalls weniger. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie den Tisch 1x abgewischt hätten und sich 1x nachgefragt hätten ob alles in Ordnung sei. Aber alles in allem waren sie nett. Fazit: Ist ganz okay, sollte man mal selbst ausprobieren, aber wenn es eine Alternative gäbe würde ich diese vor dem Ruff's Burger bevorzugen.

We had a reservation booked for 8pm but wasn’t sat down until 8:30pm. Our order wasn’t taken until 9pm which meant sitting there for a while without a drink. After a long wait for the drinks and another long wait for food our burgers were lukewarm along with our fries. I went to put some salt on my fries but they hadn’t taken the time to check the table over and make sure everything was good which resulted in the lid not being on the salt properly and a whole container of salt over my fries. Along with that there was a hair in my boyfriend’s food which definitely was not his as it was long, thick and brown but he has short blonde hair. Generic and nothing special. I haven't eaten good burger in Germany yet but i was in many places. Meat doesn't seem to be good quality for this price was too much fried and it should have more seasoning. (meat should be also slightly bloody). Bun was good and fresh also vegetables.

There was a sign at the entrance to wait for a table to be arranged but the service was not very fast so I had to sit down by myself. nice atmosphere. The cook should change gloves after leaving the workplace. he cleaned the tables and later fried my burger in the same gloves what is unacceptable.
