Ruff's Burger & BBQ Nürnberg — Restaurant in Nuremberg

I am downgrading this Restaurant based on my recent experience. This was my second visit and i was here today 8th December 2023 with my Vietnamese friends for dinner. The staff was extremely rude and made all sorts of Nonsense arguments with me and my friends about ordering and changing orders while ordering was not even complete. As we were discussing with the waitress our options she said are you going to talk or order. This female waitress was extremely rude and also had racist tone to towards us. The people who arrived after us were given takes but we were made to sit on high stools and high tables with no back support and were not even paid proper or any attention. We ordered fried which was served without sauce/Ketchup. When we asked for it they brought it almost after we were done eating.

I wouldn't recommend any asian people to eat here. As the staff treat us with extremely hostility. I'm extremely dissatisfied by the quality of food and staff behavior and therefore if i could give it a 0 Star I would. We had a reservation booked for 8pm but wasn’t sat down until 8:30pm. Our order wasn’t taken until 9pm which meant sitting there for a while without a drink. After a long wait for the drinks and another long wait for food our burgers were lukewarm along with our fries. I went to put some salt on my fries but they hadn’t taken the time to check the table over and make sure everything was good which resulted in the lid not being on the salt properly and a whole container of salt over my fries. Along with that there was a hair in my boyfriend’s food which definitely was not his as it was long, thick and brown but he has short blonde hair. Generic and nothing special. I haven't eaten good burger in Germany yet but i was in many places. Meat doesn't seem to be good quality for this price was too much fried and it should have more seasoning. (meat should be also slightly bloody). Bun was good and fresh also vegetables.

There was a sign at the entrance to wait for a table to be arranged but the service was not very fast so I had to sit down by myself. nice atmosphere. The cook should change gloves after leaving the workplace. he cleaned the tables and later fried my burger in the same gloves what is unacceptable.
