Very tasty food and dessert!

I've ordered the Ararat Mix-Kebab, as the main dish, and the Baklava as the desert (they need to be ordered separately.) The dish includes 4 kind of grilled meat: lamb meat on stick, chicken meat on stick, kebab and a piece of grilled chicken, along with potato (not fries) a special yogurt sauce, grilled tomato and paprika. As for the Baklava desert, it is about 2 pieces of Baklava (wallnuts and pistachio) and a scoop of vanilla ice cream: I really liked the idea of combining the Baklava with ice cream. The service is also nice and friendly. The atmosphere is fine; the outdoor seating is a bit crowded, and I couldn't stand to stay indoors, because of the heat (no ventilation of air conditioning.) Overall, I really enjoyed the food! The restaurant is located in the old city (to the West) directly at the Danube river, few minutes by walk west of the Stone Bridge. I ordered water without gas and when I got the glass of water, I found some impurities in the whole water but my friend didn't have this in his glass. I thought this was because the glass itself is not completely clear, but later I found these impurities are deposited in the bottom of the glass and they were surprisingly a lot. When I told the guy there he said maybe kalk (lime) then he said I will check and took the glass. He came back and said I don't know what is this so I will cancel on the payment for this water. Are you kidding me!! What did I drink? And why lime is expected do you usually take the water from the tap and I pay for this!! Lokalität Das Lokal ist recht dunkel und etwas altmodisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich zeitlich 20 – 30 Jahre zurückgesetzt. Nach den Rezensionen wird es offensichtlich gerne als gemütlich angenommen. Personal und Service Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, jedoch vermutlich ungelernt und wirkt recht unprofessionell. Sowohl die Getränke als auch die Gerichte kommen nach geraumer Zeit nach dem Zufallsprinzip, d. h. nicht gleichzeitig und zum Teil auch erst auf Nachfrage. Es ist störend, wenn die Hälfte mit dem Essen fertig ist und der Rest das Essen noch nicht einmal gesehen hat. Ob es an der Küche oder an dem Service liegt, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ich war abends von Freunden dort eingeladen und wollte keinen Stress machen. Ansonsten wäre ich wg. der Wartezeit längst gegangen. Speisen und Getränke Das Bier war wenig gekühlt oder es ist längere Zeit nach dem Einschenken gestanden. Für Vegetarier und Veganer werden mehrere Gerichte angeboten, weitgehend verschiedene Kombinationen aus den selben Zutaten. Die Vorspeisen sind sicherlich landesspezifisch, doch wenig gewürzt und zum Teil mit wenig Geschmack. Salz hat gänzlich gefehlt; jedoch kann jeder selbst nachsalzen. Die Gerichte kamen auf Tellern, die nicht vorgewärmt waren und / oder längere Zeit in der Küche gestanden sind. Folglich war das Essen nur lauwarm. Auch die Hauptgerichte sind – ich habe insgesamt vier Gerichte probiert - maximal durchschnittlich. Der Salat ist grob geschnitten und die äußeren Blätter nicht entfernt.
