Rice Hat — Restaurant in Regensburg

Worst experience in Regensburg. We went there twice since we were eagering for Asian foods. We dont recommend here for 2 reasons : 1. Horrible service from the owner (or manager-mid aged woman) 2. NOT even authentic.

The lady (might be the owner) there was always very rude but we tried to understand that she might had a bad day. However, they don't accept master of visa card and we were asked to use ATM next door which charged us 5 euros to withdraw 20 bucks. Still, we paid in CASH in accordance with her request but she didn't accept small coins this time! She didn't understand English at all and only shout throwing the coins. A lady helped us translating her saying "coins are also money" but the owner (or manager) only yelled "We are restaurant!"

Given that the staffs there have been changed frequently, Im pretty sure its because the lady's misbehaving and wrong attitude. Can't believe this and I will never go...

Well decorated restaurant, but both of me and my German friend felt the food tastes doesn’t deserve a Google remark score of 4.6, more a middle-level taste. Regarding the Pho mit Rindfleisch/beef I ordered, firstly, the noodle soup base as the soul of a noodle soup, tastes very normal, does not give you a feeling wow, this is lecker. Secondly, a typical Pho will use the hot soup to heat the fresh slided beef ripe, so that it avoid being overcooked and still tastes tender, but this restaurant take the faster serving solution, that is cooking the beef in advance, then slide the beef in pieces, when making a soup, just need put the slided beef with noodle to cook in a soup, this is faster to serve, but unluckily tastes dry and nicht yummy as the typical...

Meine Erfahrung im Restaurant "Rice Hat" in Regensburg war schlichtweg hervorragend und verdient ohne Zweifel eine fünf Sterne Bewertung. Dieses Restaurant hat nicht nur kulinarisch, sondern auch im Bereich Service und Sauberkeit beeindruckt.

Der Service im "Rice Hat" war wirklich top. Das Personal war nicht nur professionell, sondern auch äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Tatsache, dass sie bereitwillig auf meine speziellen Essenswünsche eingegangen sind. Als jemand, der in Sachen Essen etwas wählerisch ist, schätze ich es besonders, wenn ein Restaurant die Mühe auf sich nimmt, individuelle Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Das hat den Besuch für mich noch angenehmer gestaltet.

Das Essen im "Rice Hat" war darüber hinaus super super lecker. Die Vielfalt der Speisekarte ermöglicht es, für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Mein persönlicher Favorit war das Gericht mit Ente und Reis in Curry Sauce. Die Aromen waren perfekt ausbalanciert, und die Qualität der Zutaten war deutlich spürbar. Dieses Gericht kann ich ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen – ein wahrer Genuss für die Geschmacksknospen.

Neben der geschmacklichen Qualität möchte ich auch die Sauberkeit im Restaurant hervorheben. Das Ambiente wirkte durchgehend gepflegt und einladend. Saubere Tische, ordentliche Präsentation der Speisen und eine insgesamt angenehme Atmosphäre trugen dazu bei, dass der Besuch im "Rice Hat" rundum positiv in Erinnerung bleibt.

Zusammenfassend war mein Aufenthalt im Restaurant "Rice Hat" ein echtes Highlight. Der erstklassige Service, das super leckere Essen und die Sauberkeit im Lokal haben mich restlos überzeugt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an das aufmerksame Personal, das meinen Besuch durch die Berücksichtigung meiner Essenspräferenzen zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat.
