Why i put two stars. It is also funny that not a single reviewer noticed the big disadvantage when buying from this shop. While the shop is excellent in the difficult task of providing a quality sandwich, but fails in a much easier target: to provide an acceptable service. With this, i find unacceptable to have me waiting for 15-20 minutes in order to make a sandwich. Is it justified? No, because i can take a look and see that you have three people and you are not so occupied. You just create a delay in order to create a stack of people outside of your shop and make it more visible to potential customers that pass by. It is unacceptable to see all of you just waiting for the pan to fry mushrooms, while one of you could easily make a sandwich for the other customer in one minute and avoid have him waiting there standing. Service is unacceptable, and even i know you make good sandwiches i will have to avoid buying from you in the small time frame i have when taking a break from my work here. If you want to make your shop known, invest in commercials, and not on your own customers by putting them standing outside of your shop. Always respect your customers! And wash the dirty...

We went in here on a recommendation. Since they were busy and both our Greek and our knowledge of the enormous selection of ingredients was limited, we just asked them to make us a sandwich. They asked for a bit of guidance, but since we enjoy most everything, we just told them to make us something. The result was an amazing sandwich with at least one ingredient we had never heard of. The cashew based pesto like sauce was amazing. A family of sandwich artist runs this place, and they are masters. A short walk from Syggrou Fix or Acropolis metro stations (closer to SF) and right on a main bus line, there is no excuse not to eat here. If you are visiting the Acropolis, instead of stopping at one of the fancy places in front of the museum, turn right on your way down the hill, pass the fancy places, cross the street onto Veikou, and walk a few blocks to Guarantee on your left.
