We came here on a Sunday after trying two other different breakfast places that were very disappointing when we arrived. Here, we immediately felt welcomed and we could choose a nice little table close to the window and under the AC (thanks god, it was so hot on 13th of July). We sat, and the guy at the cashier told us someone would come to take our order. He gave us one menu. The prices are fair, even though the portions are ā€œsmallā€ - we both ordered a Toast (which was crunchy, simple, good), I ordered the chocolate muffin (this one was quite amazing, not the traditional ā€œstarbucks typeā€ of muffim you would think of, it came with a chantilly kind of cream that was SO GOOD it was perfect for the muffin that was quite sweet. My husband ordered the yogurt with granola - also good and the yogurt was very light, amazing. The cappuccino was made to perfection, correct temperature so the milk or coffee weren’t burnt. Funny story: When the lady that was serving us gave us the cappuccino, I tried to move myself in the chair, hit the tabble and spilled a bit of my husband’s coffee and water. She immediately said: don’t worry, don’t you worry! You know, in Greece, if you spill the coffee it means you will earn money! I was so embarrassed at first but she made me feel so comfortable! She is amazing!!!! For more people around here with good humour like this! We had a great experience!

In Athens there is very few place you can read a book and drink your coffee. Actually, i think this place also is not suitable for reading a book silently on weekend. It was so crowded and very few people were related books and reading šŸ˜ I am sure in weekdays place would be more appropriate for reading a book silently. If you are going to sit outside, municipality cut the trees, therefore there is no shadow due to trees which can be seen old photos anymore. You can be burnt by sun. On the other hand, service team were so friendly and they were carefull with cleaning. I ate an orange cake, it was extremely delicious. I drank both Greek coffee and also filter coffee, both were so successful. They have salty food, variety drinks and breakfast options. Also you can order cheese platter and your wine. Prices were quite affordable. When we think about Athens' standarts and popularity of the place we can say it is cheap. I will try this place again in weekdays to be more satisfied. I would like to add they brought bill with bookmark and it was so nice. Really good idea because I did not have my bookmark with me and it saved my day. 😊 I can easily advice the place

We casually stopped at this super cozy coffee, just underneath the Acropolis, next to the luggage drop. We were attracted by the cute corners of the place, filled with interesting books and small art products. We sat down for breakfast and had Cappuccino (probably the best cappuccino you can have outside of Italy), a chocolate muffin (delicious), an apple pie with cinnamon and a Greek yogurt with fruits, honey and nuts!! I would put a thousand exclamation points next to the Greek yogurt, the best I have ever tasted, super fresh and soft! Also the plates and cups in which the food was served was so cute! 100% recommended and definitely will go back if I ever come back to Athens! One only ā€œnegativeā€ aspect is that the service is quite slow, but totally worth the wait!
