Great Living Koukaki — Hotel in Athens

A very late review but better late than never. I have to pay tributes to one of the best places in Athens cause unfortunately they are not many. Location...one of the greatest,2 steps from Acropolis and Plaka but still away & protected from the hordes of tourists. Beautiful, spacious rooms and i saw only the ground floor studio so i guess the big room and penthouse are even better. There is all you need in the apt so you can have a hassle & stress free holiday. Normal size kitchen with essential cookware,a bottle of wine to accompany your food,spacious bedroom with a comfy bed on the quiet side of the building,not that the Erexthiou street is trafficked but yes, extremely peaceful. Worth to mention is that i got the best sleep for over a year in this property despite the LED escape lights. The service of Athens Apart was impeccable and no one,i repeat no one cleans like Tatiana.I've seen it in maximum 4-5 other places out of hundreds i've visited so it is a rare occurrence cleaning with that perfection. Cleaning every 3d day if i recall it correctly which i think should be the norm. There was a washing machine on the ground floor and you could take coffee pods in case they finished. Greek service & hospitality at its finest. I'd love to return one day soon🙌 P.S:Some paper towel in the kitchen would be a great addition and do something about the main door so it closes without people needing...

Staying in this apartment in Athens was a true gem of a find! The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the heart of the city, yet incredibly peaceful and tucked away. It felt like a little oasis. Cafés, restaurants, pastry shops, and all the shops you might need are just around the corner.

The apartment itself is modern, exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and everything looked fresh and new. From the very first moment, my friend and I felt happy and at ease – like we had arrived at a special place.

Although we didn’t use the metro or public transport, we know the station is very close. We had a car and were lucky enough to find parking just around the corner – a big plus!

The host also sent us a helpful email with recommendations for local spots, and we’re very grateful for that – we discovered an amazing restaurant from his list that we absolutely loved!

I’m truly happy I found this hidden gem in the center of Athens. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone, and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in this...

The room is extremely fantastic, the hotel stuff is very professional and responsible.As the hotel does not have the reception so we contacted the stuff advanced and they leave the key in the hotel, and tell us the password of the gate.When we arrived, because we cannot found the exactly place of hotel, the stuff of hotel answered the phone immediately and helped us through Whatsapp.The room is very big, bright, tinny and comfy. The balcony has two comfortable chairs which can lay on and have breakfast or rest when you want. Refrigerator, pot, pan coffee pot, plate, tablewares, three kinds of glasses and cup, dryer even bathrobe are included in the room. Apart from that, the bed is very comfortable and the whole decoration is very exquisite, too.In total, is a very perfect experience during this Athens trip, I am really looking forward to next time to come here and I will recommend this place to my...
