The prices are tourists-applicable. The staff is very friendly and everything happening at the ground floor with the bar, espresso machine and booth' for seating seems great. However if you enter the lower floor ( kitchen straight ahead, warehouse & restrooms to the left) or order something from there (e.g. ice cream), a nightmare begins:
The ice cream is not eadible, it's of very bad quality and not half of the menu content is available. Maybe it's different with warm meals, but we didn't want to find out.
Staff is friendly, but managers don't see anything wrong with ice cream that twists your stomach. No refund for the ice cream no offer for an alternative but suggesting you are wrong and made a mistake when pointing out the situation.

Read moreThis is the epitome of tourist money grab. We ordered 2 beers and 2 coffees. The waiter dropped everything at the head of my girlfriend and ruined her shirt from top to bottom. These things happen and we did not blame the waiter, we instead stayed (after cleaning up for like 15 minutes and borrowed a sweater from another girl in our group) and they brought us new beers and coffees, but when it was time to pay i asked if at least they would gift the coffee my girlfriend ordered, and the waiter coldly replied "well I'm not paying that". They had a few vegetarian/vegan options so I of course had to try the plant-based lamb gyro which was delicious! My husband got the greek salad sandwich which he was very impressed by. We paired our meals with an Aperol Spritz and a local greek beer on draft, Alfa, and both were fantastic!
