REPLY TO THE OWNERS COMMENT; We were sitting inside on the bench with round table right in from of the bar where a barista was making coffee. As we sat, noone came to us so my bf walked and took menus from the bar - they were in Greek and we were google translating. 5 mins later a waitress came , said those were Greek menus and gave us English one and water. After that she came back and forth to the bar with zero attention to us. She was the only one. I tried making signs, i even got up hoping she would pay attention- nothing. For comparison, at the next brunch place we went nearby we got menus in 3 minutes, order was taken within next 2 mins and food and drinks arrived within next 7-10 minutes. And they had many more full tables. Improve your service if you don't want negative reviews. And i am being fair - i didn't review your food as i haven't tried, I reviewed only service and atmosphere. And now you didn't even have a decency to think that you might be in the wrong and apologize. I stand by my review.

As we sat, there was only 1 waitress, first we were waiting 6 minutes for her to bring menu, then for another 15 minutes to place the order and she passed by us a number of times without even looking at our table and hadn't come so we left to try our luck at...

Terrible customer service. But I’ll start with the positive notes of our visit. The food that my friends had was very good, so kudos to the chef! The waiter on the other hand was very rude and made us feel unwelcome. He came to ask for our order almost 30 minted after we had sat down and at one point he even asked if we were ready but it took him another 10 minutes to come and take our order. I ordered just one juice. That one juice took 20 minutes and when it was ready it was waiting on the bar for over 10 minutes and we even made a bet with my friends about when they are going to bring it to me. They brought the juice and of course I said that I’ve been watching it there for a long time and I don’t want it now. No one apologised. They waiter said as an excuse that he didn’t know it was ready?! And then he kept asking me why I don’t want anything. Then he brought me one even though I said that I don’t want anything but I was too polite, I should have sent this one back too, because he even charged me for it.
