Antranik in Corfu Town was one of the highlights of our trip. Sitting right at the water’s edge, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the port, with boats and ships passing by, and the small island of Vido just across the way. Even though it was spring and the water was still a little chilly, there were a few people enjoying a slow, peaceful swim nearby. The water was so clear we could actually see fish swimming just below the surface.
The service was just as wonderful as the setting. Everyone was warm, friendly, and very attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Since we were there during Easter, they even shared some Easter eggs with us for the traditional egg-cracking game, explaining the meaning behind it. It was a simple but memorable moment that made the experience even more special.
And of course, the food was absolutely fantastic. Their seafood spaghetti was our favorite — full of flavor and cooked perfectly — but everything we tried was delicious. We also ordered traditional Greek dishes like souvlaki and the local Corfiot sofrito, both of which we loved. Every dish tasted homemade and full of heart.
We first discovered Antranik six years ago, and returning this year felt just as magical as the first time. We are already looking forward to coming back again on our next...
Read moreThe food was very good! The Service, especially one waiter, was really kind and gave the restaurant an even better atmosphere. We drank a good tasting wine and ate really good food, while watching the sunset with the insane view we had there. We had a lot of fun, didnt even pay that much for really good food, an insane view and a happy and kind waiter. I can only recommend this! :)
Only one thing (not their mistake). Behind us was a family screaming all time, didnt properly read what they ordered and then even complained about it etc. That was really annoying.
But they even handled that situation really well. They still let them get extras to their food for free, tho them basically insulting the waiters and not even paying the full price.
But like I said, all in all VERY...
Read morePrime location with very beautiful sea view and a patio that overlooks the water. The food was good, enjoyable and tasty but not something very “wow”. The view and the Greek wine is really what makes this place special! For the food, We tried everything from the feta, octopus and mussels appetizers and got various main dishes including the Sea Bass, Salmon and Grilled octopus. I think the Seafood, especially Salmon and Octopus could have been seasoned better and maybe a bit fresher. The Sea Bass was also served with a salad that had no dressing on it which was odd. All in all would still recommend this restaurant as the food, wine, location and...
