Sandbar — Restaurant in Municipality of Chania

This is THE BEST place in Chania for cakes. The coffee is excellent quality and the everything I have tried of the savoury menu was delicious. Great veg options too.

Simple, spicy, salty, sweet… they’re experts at it all with the freshest ingredients.

I am a solo traveller and felt very welcome here. Bridget and the team who run the Sandbar are delightful.

A real MUST visit for your time in Chania.

This was easily my favourite breakfast place during my vacation in Chania, the location by the sea is perfect and everything I ordered was good quality, the service was also fine and they have very nice options for breakfast and sweets for a good price. I tried their breakfast bowl with Greek yoghurt and fruits, homemade cherry pie, iced cappuccino and iced latte, I loved everything and I will definitely come back if I go to Chania again....

Sandbar was our favourite place to eat in Chania. It was highly recommended by our local host. We spent six wonderful days in this beautiful town and stopped here for lunch every day. The location right by the water is stunning, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the food is absolutely delicious. The food is healthy and made with fresh and high quality ingredients. Best tomatoes I’ve ever eaten and the desserts...
