Today we had unfortunately bad experience in this "restaurant". Despite not so impressive "greek" salads (compared with other same class restaurants) and an older guy with frowning face (waiter and probably the owner of the house) everything would be ok to go further. However the guy decided to add 1€ to the bill for the bread which he decided to put on the table by his own choice. By the way that bread was really terrible (seems old and really not fresh). When I have asked him why the bill amount is more than I supposed to pay. He said it is for the bread which you ordered. I didn't agreed. So man said to me: - will you make a problem for 1€. I agreed to pay it on the top and close dialog with him.
Disclaimer: This is not matter about the 1€ but about customer service, customer care, quality, conflict management and customer satisfaction.

Read moreEverything went well until two local gypsy girls with an accordion showed up demanding us to give them our dessert which was on the house. As our dessert was sitting on the table, one of the girls touched it with her hand knowing that would make us give it to her. When we told the manager, he misunderstood thinking they did that to the food we paid for, and when we clarified it was just the dessert, he suddenly acted as if nothing happened. No apologies from him or the older men at the table who were clearly owners at all. Unfortunately, this Restaurant supports these street beggars who go about their business ruining tourists' days, as I saw that they give them food for free. It is a shame, as I understand you want to be good people, but encouraging begging is not something I want to endorse. I would never...
Read moreWe had not so pleasant visit, first of all nobody came to us to help with sitting nor selectong the meniu. The waiter seemed quite rude and we felt that he was disturbed during lunch break Plate was not very clean and very old clutery, however we came for food so did not pay too much attention to it. Salad was a joke (compared with other places we tried) and the waiter came with poor quality bread what at the end we had to pay 1 euro for (normally this is included in the price of total order and we werent warned that it has an extra price). The only good thing was calmari, which saved the day. Otherwise skip this place, there are more...
