Definately the best place to stop for a good beer in Heraklion and possibly the best in the whole Crete (I've visited a few places Chania as well).

10 taps plus about a dozen different types of beer in the fridge. Mostly local beers, which is great to have a taste of the Greek craft beer world. Crisps and other snacks are also available - I totally recommend the veggies with cheese, it was super fresh and delicious.

The place has a really pleasant, modern look to it, is spacious and there's also a view for the sea, which is especially appreciated during the sunset. The music playing in the background is a great additional touch (I knew I would like the place the second I heard Frank Zappa when we came there).

The owner is an open, calm man with a great sense of humour, seems like a really great person. I wish there were more customers there, but we visited early on Monday. Anyway that's one of the reasons I'm writing this review - to encourage everyone to go there and have a beer by...

The taproom was the highlight of our visit to Heraklion, and not just because of the beers. The selection and curation is fantastic, and we really enjoyed trying different craft beers from Crete, Greece, and beyond. But the best part is really the owner & sole bartender Giorgos, with whom we spent many hours talking over the course of our visits two evenings in a row. He has great taste in beer & music, and is a very kind and interesting person running the place all by himself. If we were locals this would definitely be our regular hangout, and we were really sad to say goodbye. Thank you for everything, Giorgos! We hope you will come to visit...

Thanks to the very kind owner i believe , that welcomed me in a bit of a rough stade having my poor pet dieing at the vet clinic opposite. I wasnt a guest that made money i dont even drink beer sadly but that didnt stop him from being kind and empathic towards me. On top of that he has a bowl of food and water for the stray animals that i really appreciate ! This place deserve a lot of clients ! Wish you a good...
