My friend's dish (grilled squid) consisted of a small tentacle at 11€ with only a small jar of lemon sauce on the side. As far as I was concerned, my dish was certainly not homemade (pasta with seafood), the sauce was probably from a pre-made jar and the seafood was super dry and rubbery, not as good as a frozen paella from Carrefour.
