We visited Heraklion only for 6 hours and our first place to stop for breakfast was here. The food is amazing as it is very traditional not catered for any other culture , but traditional Crete foid. The service was also amazing but what made it so special was when we asked Andeas to help us with some directions he did not hesitate especially when he was so busy , he just took all the time to put the direction in our Google Map and help us . We felt such gratitude and we wanted to share this. We also had a wonderful experience with his colleague Aris when we returned for late lunch. We loved this place this much that we came back. Thank you Andreas and Aris and the rest of the lovely people in this establishment. We will leave this beautiful part of Crete with the warm feeling of being so well looked after. The readon why we wrote such long review is becose now days it is rear to be treated this way and we wanted to acknowledge it . Best wishes from...
Read moreWe recently had an exceptional experience at this amazing restaurant. As someone who is quite selective about desserts, I must say that the profiterole we had was simply perfect! The combination of hazelnut paste, chocolate, and pastry cream was unlike any dessert we’ve ever tried before. This uniquely crafted profiterole left an unforgettable impression on our taste buds.
Additionally, the cake with chocolate pastry cream was phenomenal. Both the profiterole and the cake far exceeded our expectations with their delightful flavors. With every bite, we could feel the quality and the meticulous preparation that went into these treats.
This restaurant is a paradise for dessert lovers. The presentation, taste, and service were all in perfect harmony. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to visit again. If you are in search of unique and delicious desserts, this is the...
Read moreHey everyone! If here was more then 5 stars I'd give this place all of possible. If you, guys, come to Heraklion, you just have to try just simply bread (that's so amazing) especially with honey or cheese, or baked cheese, turkey, spinach pies in Philo dough. Ans when it comes to sweets, I can describe it only like - "Shut up, and take my money". I'm really "afraid" to order more that one piece(anyway, I've just ordered couple of things), cuz if you'd want to keep it for later - "No-no" - it's not gonna happen, you'll eat everything, trust me... I also recommend to order a cheese honey pie from sfakia, that's is awesome. You will probably get addicted to that pastery, so am I, coming back here already third time. Maybe there will be a huge queue, waiters in rush, planty of people around, but it's totally worth to grab here...
