We popped into this place on our way back from the beach and involuntarily bore witness to a staff meeting between the manager and five junior staff members taking place at one of the bar tables.
For context, we both work as senior managers at large international organisations and share a combined total of 20+ years of leadership experience between us, leading teams totalling several hundred people.
Rather than commenting on the specific details of our visit at the STAY Bar, we'd like to take this opportunity to provide some actionable feedback to the supervisor who conducted his team meeting on 12th Sept. Very good vegetarian and vegan options. I'd definitely...
