Review: Yachting Club Café, Rhodes
Located right by the water near the Old Harbor of Rhodes, the Yachting Club Café is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the island’s vibrant atmosphere. With a prime location offering scenic views of the marina, this café is a favorite among both locals and visitors.
One of the standout features of the Yachting Club Café is its extensive selection of drinks and snacks. Whether you’re in the mood for a freshly brewed coffee, a refreshing cocktail, or a chilled beer, there’s something for everyone. The menu also includes a variety of light snacks, from sandwiches and salads to traditional Greek meze, making it an ideal place for a quick bite or a casual meal.
For sports enthusiasts, the café is a great place to catch live sports broadcasts. Whether it’s football, basketball, or other major events, the lively atmosphere makes it an exciting place to watch a game with friends. Large screens ensure that you don’t miss any of the action, and the friendly staff contributes to the welcoming ambiance.
Beyond the drinks and sports, the Yachting Club Café is a popular meeting point for locals, particularly among Greeks who appreciate its relaxed yet vibrant setting. The mix of regulars and tourists creates a pleasant and authentic atmosphere, perfect for soaking in the local culture.
If you’re looking for a laid-back café with great views, a wide selection of drinks and snacks, and a lively social scene, the Yachting Club Café is definitely worth a visit. Whether you stop by for a morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or an evening watching sports, this spot captures the essence of Rhodes’ relaxed...
Read moreI usually don't come here to comment on bad reviews unless there is something extra. This morning, 4 of us came and ordered four coffees, two spinach pies, pancakes, Mediterranean and another omelette. It is obvious that they have an agreement with the Illy brand and the coffees were not bad (Illy's quality, in my opinion). Spinach pie is clearly bought from an average bakery and displayed here. Up until here, everything looked like a place where people who have nothing to do with food and restaurant business are trying to buy a profession for themselves with money. Something called an omelette came to the table. I have never eaten such a bad breakfast product in Italy, America and Turkey. Mediterranean omelette! After eating a little, I realized that I had a strange fullness in my stomach. That strangeness did not go away even after almost two hours of walking. And when we got home, those who did not eat that omelette were hungry again, my wife and I ran to the toilets with headaches and nausea. We had diarrhea. I do not recommend this tourist-fooling show place that manages to make plastic omelettes and put together the strangest feta on earth. I would suggest going somewhere else for...
