However we were really surprised and desapointed when we were served in to go containers, all made out of cardboard and plastics whereas we wanted to eat on the spot. We specified them this and we repeated it and they say they did not have anything else to serve: they do not have plates, glasses or cutlery for the customers eating inside the coffee shop (which is strange because we saw some real plates and dishes on some of the Google Maps pictures). This really is a shame, considering the world we are living in today, with all its challenges such as global warming and plastic waste. Their flatwhite is served a bit differently from other European shops in London, Paris, etc. in the sense that it came in a 4.5 oz gibraltar which is usually the vessel used for a cortado. They also have a cortado on the menu so perhaps they treat both as the same size and only aerate the milk differently for both drinks. Not the biggest deal in the world since we're talking about a missing 2 oz of milk compared to a traditional 6.5 oz flatwhite.
