We visited four winds in Oia following it's rating and proximity to our hotel. Pleasant surprise our choice. The dishes are reasonably priced and the options are numerous. We ordered lobster pasta. The pasta was great, the quantity of the dish exactly as it should be and the lobster fresh and tasty. Slightly tough (should be cooked 3-4 minutes less) but the quantity inside the shells solid and very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and professionals ready to suggest options and pairing. We ordered drinks and because the lobster needs it's time to cook, some nice starters were offered to us on the house. Smart and polite gesture. Highly recommended for local dishes with reasonable prices (rare in Santorini). This was our second choice restaurant, as our first option didn’t quite meet our expectations, but we’re so glad we ended up here. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were served promptly, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Both my partner and I ordered drinks, and as soon as the staff noticed our glasses were empty, they were quick to come around and ask if we wanted anything else. Their attentiveness and friendliness truly made us feel welcome.

This restaurant is a great, quiet, spot for a nice dinner, and was reasonably affordable. It is a short walk away from the main tourist area in Oia and therefore is a lot quieter and less crowded than some of the more touristy spots. We ordered the Garlic Bread as an app and the Chicken Gyros and Greek Pizza as our two entrees, all were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and they were kind enough to offer us a free dessert since we loved the food so much.
