Sachi Bistro Santorini — Restaurant in Municipality of Thira

Do not order food here. Raw ingredients, not fresh, unappetising. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a Club Sandwich and a feta, onion tomato toast. The bread in the both the sandwiches was not crisp on one side, and wet and soggy on the other. As for the feta sandwich, all ingredients on the inside were cold and uncooked. As well, Can you imagine biting in and getting nothing in your bite other than soggy bread. The ingredients were only present in around 60% of sandwich while the rest was essentially empty. The onions were not crisp nor cooked, just soggy. Thickly cut tomatoes to the point where you couldn’t eat. Tasteless feta, felt more like cottage cheese. The club sandwich had oily chicken, same soggy white bread and no flavour. Not to mention this all was served with a side of packet chips while we were expecting french fries. This charming restaurant comes with a guarantee of an incredible time! You can catch the sunset from up on the rooftop bar as well as a great view of Skaros rock. The staff there are simply lovely. The barman is very receptive to chats with foreigners and makes some of the most delightful cocktails I’ve ever had! Our amazing waitress Ana was very kind and made the experience ten times more enjoyable. an adorable little cafe! it was our first time in Greece, Santorini specifically and this was the perfect breakfast after a longggg trip. the server was so sweet and the food was delicious. it’s right in town with a beautiful view out of the front door. it was a little too windy for us to eat on the roof but my family and i plan on coming by again and eating up top with even better views. highly recommend stopping by when...
