Food was amazing and I would totally recommend the place for it, however service wise we had a terrible experience that shocked us and took some days to process it.. I work in hospitality and I never experienced such a terrible attitude and advantage of the staff to take our money.
We ordered to classic drinks, that were in the menu so you suppose they know how to prepare them. Unfortunately that was not the case (which can happen) so we mentioned the server that they were not good - undrinkable - and to please remove from our table as we could really not drink them, which the server proceeded to say no.
When we asked for the bill, we were questioned if we would pay cash or card. We asked to see the bill so we could make a decision, but that most likely we would pay card. The server proceeded to say: it’s 100 euros, with such an attitude, so we asked again to see the bill like in a normal commerce. When the bill arrived, we saw the 2 drinks being charged and we mentioned again the server that they should be removed like in any normal place when you don’t enjoy something. The server got upset AT US, and said he cannot and will not remove from the bill, because we TASTED THEM. His attitude got on the ugliest level, so I became upset of course (which I never do, I work on this business for years and I understand things) so I asked him if he pays when something is not done the right way. He continued to mention the same things so we asked to talk with someone else.
5 minutes after, another server comes (I was expecting a manager) and mentioned that since we mentioned we would pay with card, the receipt was printed and she cannot go back and remove items, and that we should have mentioned it on the pre-receipt (which we never received neither was mentioned). we explained we never got that receipt and that is unfair to pay for things that are not consumed..
long story short, we had to pay for the ugly drinks and tolerate the attitude and lies of the male server who said it’s because we tasted them and never offered the pre receipt and forced us to pay without even looking at a bill!
We thank a lot the female server who explained the truth but I hope this review helps to the owners to understand this is WRONG. I can accept the male server made a mistake, he could have said it and it’s OK. I will pay for the drinks with no problem. ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY! Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant in Zakynthos. During our visit, the waitress accidentally spilled a drink and snacks all over me, drenching my dress, hair and shoes. The amount was so much that, as I made my way to the restroom to clean up, the drink was literally running down my legs. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or offering any form of compensation, the staff insisted that we pay for all the drinks, including the ones spilled.
The manager, in particular, was extremely unprofessional and showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the situation. She flat-out refused to take responsibility and insisted that we pay for two drinks despite the accident, which we reluctantly had to do. To make matters worse, they also refused to cover the cleaning costs for my ruined dress and shoes.
The complete lack of customer care and responsibility left us with a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an extremely bad experience at this restaurant – not just once, but twice in the same day.
During the day, we went there to order pancakes. After waiting 40 minutes, we still hadn’t received anything. I reminded the staff three times, and each time they said they would check, but no one ever came back to us. Eventually, I had to leave without getting the pancakes.
In the evening, we decided to give the restaurant another chance and ordered food. We had to wait over an hour for it to arrive. I also asked for ice, which never came until I asked a second time. Once again, the service was slow and inattentive.
Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. Based on how poorly we were treated, I strongly recommend that others avoid this restaurant. There are plenty of better places with decent service and...
